Forzats

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of forzats.ru and forzats.com (the “Site”) and of the Forzats service available at web.forzats.ru and web.forzats.com (the “Service”), provided by Forzats LLC, a Russian limited liability company (“Company”).

These Terms constitute a public offer under the laws of the Russian Federation. By using the Site, registering for the Service, or continuing to use it, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

  • Company — Forzats LLC, which provides the Site and the Service.
  • User — an individual or a legal entity (acting through its authorized representative) that uses the Site and/or the Service.
  • Account — a User's account created to access the Service.
  • Content — documents, text, images, and other materials created, uploaded, or stored by the User in the Service.
  • Plan — a set of Service features and limits available under certain conditions, including paid plans subscribed to under the Public Offer.
  • AI features — Service features that use artificial intelligence models to work with document text at the User's initiative.

2. Subject matter

The Company grants the User access to the Site and to the Service's features within the scope of the selected Plan, and the User agrees to use them in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the Public Offer (for paid Plans).

3. Account

  • Registration for the Service is available to individuals aged 18 and older; legal entities register through an authorized representative.
  • The User must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • The User is solely responsible for safeguarding their Account credentials and for all activity under the Account, except where a compromise of access is attributable to the Company.
  • If you become aware of unauthorized access to your Account, notify us immediately through the “General inquiries” form.

4. Plans and payment

The current list of Plans and their features is published on the Site's pricing page. Subscribing to and paying for a paid Plan is governed by the Public Offer published on the Site. The Company may change the features and price of Plans; such changes do not affect an already-paid current billing period.

5. User rights

  • use the Service's features within the scope of the selected Plan;
  • export your documents from the Service to .docx format at any time;
  • contact support through the “Support” form on the Site;
  • delete your Account by contacting us through the “General inquiries” form or through the Service interface, where available.

6. User obligations and restrictions

When using the Site and the Service, the User agrees not to:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
  • upload content to the Service that the User does not have the necessary rights to use;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Site, the Service, or the Company's infrastructure, or circumvent technical restrictions and Plan limits;
  • use the Site or the Service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in other abusive conduct;
  • share Account access with third parties, unless expressly permitted under a team Plan.

7. User content and intellectual property

Exclusive rights to Content created by the User belong to the User. The Company does not claim ownership of Content and uses it only to the extent necessary to provide Service functionality at the User's initiative and for the User's benefit (storage, display, export, processing by AI features when explicitly invoked, and collaboration where enabled by the User).

8. Company intellectual property

The Service software, the Site's design, trademarks, and other intellectual property of the Company are protected by applicable intellectual property law and belong to, or are lawfully used by, the Company. You may not use these assets without the Company's prior consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

9. AI features

AI features are activated at the User's initiative and are intended to assist with document text (rewriting, shortening, proofreading, and similar operations). AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or errors. The User is solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating the output before relying on it — the Company is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of such output without review.

How data is processed when using AI features is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” The Company takes reasonable measures to keep the Site and the Service running reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequences of using or being unable to use the Site or the Service, except as expressly provided by mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Suspension and restriction of access

The Company may suspend or restrict a User's Account access in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment of a Plan, or a lawful request from a competent authority, notifying the User where practicable.

12. Termination

The User may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting their Account. Before deletion, we recommend exporting any documents you need to .docx format. After Account deletion, data and Content are deleted within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by applicable law. The Company may terminate access under the circumstances described in Section 11.

13. Changes to these Terms

The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on this page together with its effective date. Continued use of the Site or the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. The Company will additionally notify Service users through the account interface about material changes.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes arising from the use of the Site or the Service are resolved through negotiations, including a mandatory pre-litigation claim procedure (30 calendar days to respond to a claim); failing settlement, disputes are resolved in the courts at the Company's place of registration, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
